Submit copy of Captn.Campbell lr. soliciting to be permitted to draw the full staff allowances of the Mhow Divisions observe that, with reference to the orders o govt. in the financial deptt. Dt.10th July last, Captn.Campbell is only entitled to the half staf allowances of the Mhow Divisions.
