Transmits copy letter from the Hourse guards, conveying the orders of the duke of Wellington with advertency to the system hitherto adopted, regarding the transfer of soldiers from one Regt. to another and directing the volunteering from H.W. Regt. being limited to those corps which are likely to remain some time in India.
