Referring to Secretary of State`s Despatch No. 8, dated 6th May last, forwards a letter from the Government, North-Western Provinces and Oudh, in which His Honours the Lieutenant Governor states that nothing could have been further from his intention than to have made imputations on the Members of the Commission appointed to enquire into Har Sahai`s case.
