In reply to No. 150-2 dated 19th April refers him to Resolution No. 240 dated 27th August 1868, laying down definite rules for guidance of Political officers in executing decrees of British Courts in Foreign States. Sends him a 2nd copy of Resolution in the event of the first having miscarried or, being mislaid in his Office.
