Opinion by the Government Solicitor that Railway Administrations are legally competent to withhold payment of Provident Fund bonus to employes dismissed from service, if the Fund Rules provide such a penalty and that Railway Administrations are legally competent as far as future entrants to the fund are concerned, to alter their Provident Fund Rules so as to make bonus forfeitable in case of those who strike work.
