Letter fromMr.E. Hay reporting tha owing to a mistake the stores he shipped ontheYarmoth to Fort St. George were wrongly invoiced and that he has been orverpaid for them enclosing an account of theactual cost of these stores but intimating that inthis acount he has charged no comission though it is usual to make such a charge.
