Draft of a letter to the President and Council of Fort Marlborough, forwarding for information a copy of the above letter, intimating the Board inability to comply with the requistions made by Mr.Manington for the supply of ordnance to them and requesting the transmissions of the enclosed letters to the Government of Batavia and Malacca.
