To Secretary New South Wales - With reference to letter dated 20th June 1854 from that Government intimates that the Petition therewith forwarded from gentlemen who usually engage laborers praying that encouragement be given to the emigration of laborers from the Indian Ports ot that Colony, is under the consideration of the Legislative Council.
