To Governor in Chief - State that his letter dated 20th June 1854 and the Petition enclosed therein from a boby of gentlemen who are chiefly employers of N.S. Wales, praying that encarragement may be given to the emigration of laborers from the Indian Ports to that Colony, have been transferred to the Legislative Council.
