To Governor - In reply to the foregoing forwards Report thereon by the Medical Board accompained by remarks on the several suggestions made by him with presise instruction as to the future states of the Medical Department and the duties exported tobe performed by the Senior Surgeon requests on this point that he will submit for the approval of this Government a set of Rules for the guidance of the Senior Surgeon. Medical Stores will in future he sent from Calcutta on Indents by the Senior Surgeon. Sanction revision of the subsodinate Medical store house and Dispensary of any past of the donation offered by certain Chinese Merchants of Rs. 7920 for the - of a Building for the Public benefit together with certain suggestion and observations on the same and other minor subject # thereto.
