To Superintendent - With reference to the 5th para: of the Honble Court Dispatch No. 109 of 1855 dated 17th October & the papers therein referred to communicate to him on the 28th December last relative to any Telegraph line which may be established between Europe and India and whilst uncertain that any European line to Kurrachee will ever be constructed the Governer General in Council considers it premature to entertain the proposal submitted in his letter of the 21st September and 6th November 1855 for the construction of lines from Lahore to Kurrachee & from Kurrachee to Indore.
