Read a Petitim from Messars E. Capparil and a port carrying in the Run Distilleries at Seebpore and Doorgapore repersenting that great loss has been occasioned to the manufacturers of Run in this country by the determination of the Home authorities not to permit any Bengal Rum to be purchased for the use of the Troops in India, noticing the superin quality of the Rum produced at thein Factories and requesting that a Medical committee may be appointed to determine its purity and to giveitcts right value in the England market.
