To Secretary - Bombay - In reply states that no communication has yet been received from either grenada or British Guiana for the appointment of Agents and that the Colony of Grenada has not propsed any scheme of Emigration for acceptouce in any scheme of Emigration, the initiation of measures belongs entirely to the Colonial Government for whose beenifit the Emigration takes place In regard to instructions for private emigration to Guiana ;states no instructio9ns onthe subject can be issued until the Colony accepts of the conditions upon which the assent of the India Government to the scheme was given.
