To Secretary to the Coloial Government of Mauritius - REgarding the placing of the office of protistion of Emigrants in that colony on a some what different footing from that on which it stands at present a relative to prohibiting studly by law the importation of Indian lalsrers into the colony except in accrdance with the arrangement agreed upon & made betwen the Government of India & the Government of the Mauritius & the information of the prohibition by adequate legal penalties.
