Noght patrolmen-Classification under the hours of employment regulations. (i) Orders issued in March 1969 that Noght Patrolmen on mobile entire should be classified classified as Continuous under Hoer. However change in classification should not involve creation of additional posts. (ii)Orders issued in December 1969 as a result of discussion in JCM that the restore of the Patrolmen should be so adjusted as to start the commencement of the patrol at a tour home and end it at an earlier hour wherever required and that the adjustment should not involve a split thift soster. Further the distance from the tool box and vice versa should also be counted in the duty hours of the Mobile Night patrolmen. (iii) Orders issued in June 1970 that the minimum requirement of the additional posts of Mobile Night Patrolmen as may be necessary as a result of reclassification to Continuous should be carefully assessed and sanctioned in causultation with the FA and CAO. (iv) Decision that on the NF Railway the change in classification should be given effect to from 1.4.70 and overtime should be paid wherever due
