Coach attendants and bungalow peons are classified according to the hours specified in the Employment Regulations. Bungalow peons living at or near the peace of should be classified as excluded under the Hours of Employment regulations, according to a decision made in construction with the Department of Labour. The Ministry of Labour also issued the necessary notification amending the rules. (2) The air-conditioned coach attendants may be classified as continuous under the hours of employment regulations, and their work hours may be adjusted so that they do not exceed the average weekly limit of 54 in any given month, following a further review conducted in consultation with the Ministry of Labour and Employment and in suspension of the previous orders of the 6.12.61. When calculating their duty hours, they may be assumed to be fairly busy and to spend, say, 25% of their time travelling when they are not working or going on a trip
