Reference from N.F Railway regarding payment of overtime to work shop staff credit for restored hours on the day of leave with pay. N.F Railway have advised that payment of overtime regulated under the Factories Act in the case pf workshop governed by the Act and that the present system of payment of overtime- for the intermediate period between the restored hours and the statutory limit at at bare rate is itself Factories Acts and that therefore there was no Scope for considering the suggestion made by the Railway
