Enquiry from R.D.S.O. for procedure to be followed for filling Selection posts in the Ministerial Grade of Supdt/Asstt. in Charge- Validity of various panels for section officers grade framed in RDSO in 1961 and earlier Decision that all those promoted before 1.7.59 should be treated as regular- The 1961 panel containing 10 persons should be utilized for 100% vacancies upto 22.8.62, the date on which Recruitment Rules for S.O.s came with effect and for 50% vacancies from 23.8.62, the balance 50% being filled on the basis of Competitive test- 2 vacancies in SO's grade arising after 6.4.63 reserved for Stenographers- The panel of 1961 cancelled from 1.5.64
