Instructions issued to Railway Administrations that the committee contemplated in Board's letter No.E(L)57LR1-8 dated 10.9.59 the subject for discussion could specifically include passenger amenities and customer service; there should be monthly meetings where the previous months' position should be reviewed so that the reasons for persistent deficiencies and short-comings come to light and the Board informed of the results. Also, please inform S.E. Railway that the Board has no objections to meetings being held once every three months
