Payment of compensation to the relatives of late Joseph, Khalasi MW 1112 Engineering Workshop at Arkonam by Southern Railway. Late Joseph, who had a heart condition, was assigned by the Railway Administration to manage a welding facility in Adoni. While working, he complained of chest pain and fainted. The decedent's family files a claim in court. Decision that even chest pain, as a result of which he must have died, was an injury caused by accident arising out of and in the course of his employment under section 3 of the W.C. Act. As a result, the Railway was informed that this was a dispute that should be resolved outside of court
