Instructions issued to Rlys. that in view of fact that expenditure on Rly. schools is met out of Railway Revenues, fines realised from students in Rly. Schools should be credited to the same head of account to which fees collected from the Students are credited and that expenditure on items like parent's day, Prize Distribution Educational excursions etc should be met out of sanctioned budget of the school
