Absorption of Grainshop staff. Decision:- (i) Interest of staff seconded to Grainshop Department in the matter of their promotion to higher grades in their parent departments should be watched. (ii) Decision regarding fixation of pay of seconded staff under provisional (iii) to rule 2017-RIII.
