Decided that the special leave, as laid down may be granted to Railway employees who are elected as members to the Sub- Committees, and also to not more than two Railway employees who are nominated by the Managing committee to the Sub- Committees provided their names are advised to the railway administration as a result of the resolution passed by the managing committee and their names remaining current for one year, to attend meeting of sub-committees
