(1) Creation of a new Political charge including the Sikkim and Bhutan States and certain portions of Tibet, (2) Grant to Mr. J.C.White, Political Officer, Sikkim, Proposal to convert the local allowance of 300 a month to be met from Imperial revenues. (3) Proposal to convert the local allowance of 300 a month into a personal allowance or give Mr.White a consolidated salary of 1,800 per mensem. (4) Proposal to relieve the Sikkim Darbar of the charge of 500 a month which they at present bear on account of Mr. White`s pay.
