Increase of the pay of the Pilot and Harbour Master, Chittagong, and appointment of a Second Pilot and Harbour Master to the port. Decision that the Secretary of State`s sanction is not required to the creation of an appointment, the pay of which is to be met partly from an Excluded Local Fund and partly by Government, unless the charge on general revenues exceeds Rs.3,000 a year.
