Navy regarding the despatch of steamers ot galle to bring up troops expected there during next month Intemates the # in which government depend for the supply of coal at galle which account to about 10,0000 & as he has also despatched 3000 Tons of best Bondwan coal to Galle all chance of failure will be prevented also that instructIIons have been sent to Singapore to send to Calcutta 3000 Jons of English coal to meet the wants of the Calcutta port.
