To Dr. A. Sprenger - Forwards copy of Courts of Despatch No. 11 of 1856 dated 20th February on the subject of his having failed to fulfil a pecuniary sugagement which he had made with Mr. Bontros on his relinqyuishing the Office of Principal of the Delhic College in order that he may have an opportunity of offering an explanation of his conduct in the transaction referred to and of shewing cause why be should not be remouved from his Civil appointment as directed by the Court.
