Views of the Madhya Bharat Legislature on S.R. Bill. (1) The speaker and Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly of the new Madhya Pradesh be elected by the members of that Assembly. (2) The High Courts of Nagpur and M. Bharat as also the Judl. Commissioners' Councils for Bhopal and Rewa be abolished and a new High Court be established as from 1/10/56 to function throughout the territories of the new Madhya Pradesh. (3) The Governor or the Rajpramukh of the Corresponding State may at any time before the appointed day authorities such expenditure from the consolidated fund of the State as he may deem necessary for a period of not more than six months beginning with the appointed day pending the sanction of such expenditure by the Leg. of the new States
