Absorption of staff in alteration employment due to Medical decategorisation- instruction issued to the Railways that where malingering is suspected in cases of failure to pass colour perception test during service it should be ensured by the Railways that such persons do not get any attractive alternative employment but should be considered only for posts like office clerks
