Acknowledges No. 774 of 14th ultimo and states his views on the conduct of the Head Peon of the Bunnugger Post Office who he consider has been deserved by punished. Does not thank however that the shortcomings of one man is anyway unvalidate the system of placing Head Peon in charge of certain offices which has been wishes to know when the road from Burma to Mhow may he considered free from Cholera.
