Letter from John Macintyre, Secretary to the Board of Ordnance, intimating that the Board of Ordnance has issued orders for the despatch of powder to Fort St. George and Bombay on the ships Queen, Fortitude and Southampton, and also that the Board of Ordnance requests that a supply of ammunition, stores and comp equipage may be despatched to Fort St. George on the above ships.
