Question whether enquires can be held in cases where an accused has been acquitted by the court, even though no fresh evidence or new facts are available and (ii) whether in important cases, the S. P. E. Representative who prosecuted the case in court ot who knowa all the facts might be associated with the prosecution in the Departmental enquiry and whehter in such cases the accused person should be allowed the aid of a counsel.
